Beautifully Appointed K&P Villa

The villa provided the perfect accommodations for our family wedding weekend. There was plenty of room for 2 couples and our infant granddaughter. The living area and kitchen were spacious and well appointed. The furnishings were both comfortable and inviting.

The hvac unit in the master bedroom did not sufficiently cool the bedroom. But I still give the unit an overall 5 stars..

Great Condo

The condo was very nice and the instructions and communications from the rental agency were easy and thorough. The condo was in great shape. As a bonus, since nobody had rented the condo the night before, the landlord pushed to get us in by 2:00 since my aging parents were already in town and just killing time until we could get into the rental. Thanks so much for that.
