The Master bath now features custom cabinetry, granite surfaces, & handicap friendly walk in shower ( 3 inch clearance). The villa also offers ocean front views from the foyer, kitchen, living, master bed, & master bathroom, & balcony . The expanded foyer features ship lap wood finishes on the walls and ceiling.
The villa has been renovated with tile flooring and shutters throughout. It features granite counters in the kitchen, bar, and bathrooms. It offers upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen and baths and built in bookshelves with mantle and fireplace in the living room.
The villa includes upgraded 163 mph blunt force, sound, hurricane resistant impact glass facing the ocean. This resistance glass features sliding doors from the living area and master bedroom opening onto the balcony. Sliding glass can be replaced with screens to enjoy ocean breezes inside the villa. The balcony offers tile flooring & an 8 piece teak furniture set for relaxing, dining, and oceanfront views.
