Girls weekend away in St Simons

This property is AMAZING! It was perfect for our girls getaway. The pool, the proximity to the beach, and the space was 10/10. I would highly recommend the Shiphouse for a large gathering!

Ocean front family reunion

Great and roomy for our gang of 17, each family had their own floor and bedrooms with bathrooms. Loved the openness with lots of windows and lots of seating for our dinners together

Perfect for large family vacation

We stayed at the Shiphouse renting all three floors for a large family vacation of 20+ people in St. Simon’s. It had enough beds and baths for our large group and the face that every room had an en suite was a great layout. The property’s location was ideal, a short drive or bike ride to all of the spots on the island, and plenty of parking for several cars. Would highly recommend for large groups!

Wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful stay in all three units of Shiphouse 5. The house was beautifully furnished, and the kitchens were well stocked for cooking. The rooftop deck is simply marvelous. The pool is exactly what you need in terms of size and space. Beach access is so easy. The property management company was exceptionally responsive to every message I sent.

St. Simons Family vacation

We were worried about not having any beach at high tide, but that was not an issue. There are a lot of restaurants and activities within walking distance of the house. Overall, we were very happy with our week at Shiphouse.

Great Layout and Location

We booked the entire house for our sales retreat. It was perfect since everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We hired a private chef that was able to use the first floor kitchen without disturbing us on the third floor during our meetings. The rooftop deck was great for hanging out and watching the sunset. We were able to easily get to the beach for walks and could walk to downtown.

On the water in St. Simons

Gorgeous home right on the water. Older family members enjoyed the beach via the porch which was nice. No direct beach access (unless you don’t mind climbing rocks) If you like to sit on the beach, not the best option as there’s no beach much of the time due to how high the tide comes.Beautiful views from every floor. The home itself is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities. Close to all the restaurants and shops.
