Condo was so nicely decorated, comfy and clean...and the view was over the top...Love the first floor easy access to cars and front entrance & exit...Just a great stay!!!
Landscaping is beautiful too...the green St. Augustine grass just sets off the beach.
End unit on the beach with stairs up to balcony. This is key for this complex. Unit looks really nice but it’s tired and needs new sofas, beds, and especially bedroom carpets!
No issues that project management didn't fix. The ice machine at the wet bar needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The mold growth on the inside of the machine was unhealthy. Regular PM on this unit will keep people from getting sick. I have a picture of the growth if you need proof.
This condo was great for a family stay! Really quiet unit. The stairs to the back patio were convenient for accessing the beach, pool, and parking area as well as taking out the dogs for a walk. We were able to park directly below the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The listing pictures accurately depict the condo.
It would have been a 5 star review if the unit was cleaner and the beds were more comfortable. The floors were noticeably dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. The mattresses were old and well used. The outdoor patio furniture was also dirty and beginning to grow mold.
