Hodnett Cooper proudly presents this lovely St. Simons Grand condominium. With three bedrooms, three baths, and beautiful furnishings throughout.
Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite. This condominium is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #125 is located on the first floor above parking, and offers private steps from the balcony to the courtyard, beach and pool.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa
This property offers streaming TV's for service. There is no traditional cable.

Awesome rental
This rental property was amazing! Great view exactly as picture shows. Very clean and well stocked with all needed to cook and clean on site. Balcony steps put you right at pool and entrance to ocean. Will definitely use this place again

Weekend with grandkids
Very nice location but did not like having to cross a lagoon to get to the beach. TV and remote need to be updated. Otherwise, a little dated but nice unit and plenty of room.

Saint Simon's Island is amazing.
Condo is a great location. St. Simons island is gorgeous, highly recommend a must go vacation. Condo was nice. Unfortunately was very cold the weekend we went so didn't really utilize pool, hot tub or beach. We did bundle up and went exploring. St. Simons trolley ride/tour was well worth the $20./person. We ate at Iguana's, southern soul BBQ, Mallory st cafe and Barrier Island Brewery, food was amazing at all. Already planning next trip there.

Great location and spacious condo on the beach
The location was terrific. Loved the pool and proximity to dining and shopping. Loved having the beach view and within steps of the water. Only criticism is that the furniture in the living room was very dirty and stained. We put towels down before sitting on the couches or chairs.

Great Falls Getaway
A group of 6 of us ladies had a wonderful time at The Grand Condos last week. The grounds were beautiful and the accomodations were perfect! Can't wait to come again.
