Location is convenient in a charming neighborhood setting. The layout is spacious and served our needs. The downstairs bedroom had stained sheets (gross), sad lifeless pillows, and stained towels, which made the property feeling neglected. The downstairs bathroom shower curtain was laden with mildew. The matching chair and couch were dirty. The pictures shown in VRBO are misleading as a chair and ottoman are missing along with a table and pictures. Not exactly as advertised visually and needs a refresh.
