“This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good……

“This was our first time in these units, and we enjoyed how spacious the rooms were. The garage and parking was a little tight but doable. No hand rails on any of the steps leading into the property, which wouldn't have been a problem it I hadn't injured myself having fun at the beach. Bathrooms are nice, couches in family room are worn out, only basic roku channels on tv so no local channels or sports. “We booked the Rebecca Cottage for a Mother’s Day weekend girls trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout was perfect for three adults and two children. We were steps away from the pool and the beach, a short drive to great restaurants and the downtown area. “We had a wonderful time staying at Mary's Porch. The location is perfect!! The beach is nearby as well as playgrounds, shopping, and restaurants.
