Het huis is heel fijn. Ook de snelheid van assistentie is erg prettig. Het skigebied is fijn en de skischooltjes zijn geweldig. Het inchecken bij de balie is onnodig moeilijk. Handmatig invullen van informatie van alle gasten is niet prettig na lange reis. Beperkte sociale vaardigheden van de receptionisten maken de aankomst minder prettig dan het zou kunnen zijn.
