An open kitchen on this floor is equipped with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, and a kettle, accompanied by its own dining table. A shower and WC are also located on this level. The lower ground floor features a kitchenette fitted with 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, along with a second shower and WC. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, hosts all 3 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings and wooden floors.
