"The room was spotless, the staff was helpful and nice! They spoke both English & German perfectly. The hotel was just beautiful filled with bouquets of fresh flowers & had an air of old time elegance with modern amenities. Highly recommend this place for its location in the city, great atmosphere, cozy bar with an excellent bartender & the sauna. Win-win!"

"The real stand-out was the breakfast. It had absolutely everything, including champagne.
The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful.
Our room was roomy ... the bed was a dream. Haven't slept so well for years.
It is expensive, but the breakfast was worth every cent!"

"Das Hotel sieht von außen nicht sehr einladend aus, aber ist innen schön und neuwertig gestaltet.
Für ein SPA-Hotel erwarte ich eigentlich, das Bademantel und Schlappen im Zimmer sind. Der Bademantel konnte jedoch für eine Leihgebühr von 8€ an der Rezeption geholt werden. Pappschlappen gab es nicht. "
