Surrounded by green areas, the property also offers a beautiful terrace with swimming pool, in a panoramic position with sea view, an area with barbecue for outdoor dining under a pergola. The beautiful beaches of Caminia, Pietragrande, Copanello and Soverato can be reached in a few minutes by car and offer bathing establishments, restaurants, bars, various services. During the summer, the area offers various cultural, musical and religious events and festivals. A small pet can be admitted by arrangement with the owner, who must be informed in advance. The house consists of a main building with living room and sleeping area and an outbuilding with kitchen and additional bedroom, in an elevated position and with separate entrance. The garden with the play area is at street level, normally with little traffic. A short staircase with 8 steps leads to the upper level, with panoramic terrace with pool and entrance to the main building. It consists of a living room with fireplace and an equipped library; it is on two levels connected by 6 steps. A further 4 steps lead to the sleeping area with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, which overlooks the rear area with veranda. From the pool area, an external staircase leads to a raised level located at the rear of the main building, where there is an annex with a separate entrance and a pleasant veranda under a pergola equipped for outdoor dining with a barbecue. The annexe consists of kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and gallery (steep staircase) where 2 additional beds (for children on request) can be added.
