Lovely place to stay, walk down the street to watch fairy penguins arriving home from a day at sea. Short walk to pub and best scones at Touchwood Cafe, good for breakfast as well.

Hanlon Guest House is gem! It’s comfortable - the bed was excellent - it has a delightful decor and an engaging charm. It’s location is perfect for hiking, eating, exploring the shops and proximity to all Stanley has to offer

Two enjoyable nights

We really enjoyed our stay at Hanlon Guest House and were very comfortable. Everything was clean and comfortable and the location was quiet but close to all attractions of Stanley. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about this property! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with lots of little extras to make it feel like home. Great guest house near town centre

Amazing guest house in the shadow of The Nut in Stanley. Historic house converted in accommodation rooms. We had a King Room - not large but OK for a 2 night stay. No direct contact with owners - keys and instructions were left at the front door. Good wifi. Parking was on street. Great location for walking into town and restaurants and to see the penguins on the nearby beach.
