「Property inside was nice and clean. It looked exactly how it did on the website. The area just looked a little sketchy.」

「Liked: Room was large. Had a recliner. Didn't like: Room didn't have a screen on the window and the lock was broken. The tub was a little on the tall side at least there was a notice in the shower that stated that it was high 」

「I had a wedding 8 minutes from this property and it was perfect for what i needed. It was clean and ran efficiently. There was a a McDonalds, Taco Bell, bbq place, grocery store all within walking distance. I would stay here again. 」

「Tremendously good experience. The design elements of the Crossroads Hotel are fantastic. Think like an Ace Hotel, but with real soul to it. Whenever I’d interact with anyone at the hotel, they’d go out of their way to help and just be kind. The lobby bar is also really cool and not to be missed. Highly recommend. 」

「Facilities were inviting and appealing for this road tired traveler. The desk clerk, mgr/ was extremely helpful. We had a dog and a new puppy with us and he placed us in the most convenient room for us. We had reserved a room in advance but on a different floor. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. The room was very nice and bed very comfortable. The breakfast layout was exceptional. Our thanks to La Quinta Inn & Suites Olathe! B & J T, Texas」

「The property itself was nice. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast options. I did struggle to get ahold of the hotel directly when I tried calling to let them know I would be a late arrival. I was directed to a call center and they struggled to locate my reservation. I was on the phone for 30 minutes with little communication from the person I was talking to which was frustrating. That aside, I would stay here again. 」

「Staff was super friendly. Place was clean. Area around the place was run down enough we didn’t feel it safe to walk. Had to park the car in open lot for $25 a night and was grateful we didn’t broke into. 」
