“The unit I stayed in at Coralbell Village provided everything needed for a long stay. I stayed in December so the pool was not functional, but The villa had plenty of spacious room, full washer and dryer. If I needed anything, the management company was quick to answer the call. Always had a place to park and neighbors were hardly noticed. I very much enjoyed staying in the college downs area. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway connections and the greater part of charlotte.”

“Everything was as pictured ! Host was extremely helpful and communication was great . The neighborhood was in a good area and it’s a lot around it. (grocery stores , food places , breakfast , gas stations) . House was also very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. ”

“Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional.”

“First, I'd like to commend Peggy on her prompt and helpful communications and incredible hospitality. Arriving at night can always make the next morning difficult, but not only was the condo fully stocked with essentials, such as coffee & tea, but she also provided milk, creamer, eggs, breakfast meats, and cold and hot cereals. In addition, she left us some homemade chocolate chip cookies and a red velvet cake!I can't say enough positive things about the condo: it was immaculate, beautifully……
