Not a great way to start the morning. While we had a questionable interaction with a member of staff ..."

"The room is clean and nice. Good open parking. However, it does not offer the service of a hotel - it is self-service. Do note check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. No amenities or place to stay - only room."

"Accommodation was actually really nice. However, they charged my card twice and luckily I noticed although it took a couple of days for the refund. Wasn't good customer service that they didn't respond to my text messages or voicemail and didn't even apologise for their error!"
