Great chalet!

We had a great time with our family of 5 at this chalet. We enjoyed the amenities (hot tub, canoe/kayaks, fire pit) and loved the views for all of our dinners!

Nice but!

Let’s start my saying that this place has an absolute beautiful view in a nice quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was easy and the place was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it but with a few changes which I have listed below. I believe that these changes would enhance the experience. 1. Have a working outside the front door so that you can see when you need to get into the key box at night would be helpful. 2. Supply the unit with bigger towels and more towels. Having one towel per person is not enough. Also, the size of the towels were very small. They were like the size of two hand towels sewn together. 3. The ad is a little misleading as it said, there is a sofa bed downstairs. Please advise in the ad that the bed does not open into a bed. 4. Having guest bring their own toilet paper, and paper towels is a first for me. Any other rental service that I have rented have always supplied those luxuries. 5. Having a load of firewood, on premises for people to use in the outside, fire pit would be nice. It would be a nice gesture. 6. All of the directions for the unit are in French. As English speaking Americans, we could not understand the directions in the pamphlets, or on the signs throughout the rental. 7. Also, we woke up one morning to a gentleman who was on our back porch shoveling snow. Although the gesture was nice, nobody knew who he was, and why he was there at first. Knocking on the front door would have been a courtesy.

Lovely lakefront property on a busier more populated part of the lake, with a great lawn/space for kids to play. Well appointed and comfortable but some kitchen and other items could use replacing. When we arrived the property was not clean, particularly the floors, which was a concern with toddlers. While property management acknowledged and made it right, recommend there is better oversight or quality control in the future to ensure their own standards are met.

Très beau chalet dans endroit enchanteur

superbe. Les photos sur les sites internet ne démontrent pas comment le chalet est bien construit et la beauté du paysage qu'on peut y admirer. En plus, le service à la clientèle d'Hebergia a été bien au-dessus de nos attentes.

Chalet exceptionnel, fortement recommendé

(Nous avons loué 3 jours en hiver) Très beau chalet, comfortable et vue incroyable sur le lac. Nous étions une famille de 7 personnes et nous étions très comfortables, voici plus de détails: L'espace intéreieur (2 étages): 1ier étage avec une vue incroyable sur le lac dans la salle à manger (pas de salon en tant que tel sur cet étage mais beaucoup de charme pareil) la cuisine est ouverte avec un plus petit espace pour manger et profiter de la vue; toujours premier étage: 1 chambre à coucher avec une vue et une salle de bain. Rez-de-chaussé: 1 chambre parfaite pour les enfants 3 à 4 (1 bunk bed et 1 lit ikea qui s'extensionne en 2 lits avec un matelas additionnel disponible: pull-up bed), 1 très grande chambre à coucher et salle de bain avec laveuse/secheuse. La majorité de la maison a des planchers chauffants. Le RDC a aussi un sofa comfortable pour voir la télé et aussi profiter de la vue et accéder à l'espace extérieur L'espace extérieur: nous étions en hiver donc le lac gelé mais nous avons quand même profité du spa et de l'espace pour jouer dans la neige et faire un feu. Merci de nous avoir accueilli dans ce beau chalet. ps: petit bémole: apportez de grandes serviettes, j'avais lu un commentaire et c'est vrai, elles sont trop petites pour prendre une douche, mais c'est pas si grave.

Superbe chalet

Très beau chalet pour un couple ou petit groupe. Belle chambre pour enfants. Petit terrain agréable sur le bord de l’eau. Le foyer, chaises, tables sont parfaites. Tout est bien pensé. Le chalet est très bien situé… la vue sur le lac est magnifique et nous avons apprécié profiter des canoës mis à disposition ainsi que du jacuzzi. Le chalet est très bien équipé. Le petit bémol c’est pour l’accueil d’enfants jeunes… il manque une protection en haut des escaliers intérieurs et terrasse.

Chalet agréable mais gestion rigide

Logement fidèle à la description et belle expérience générale. Cela dit, bémol sur la propreté des équipements de cuisine et la vaisselle, ainsi que des règles de réservations très strictes. Nous aurions apprécié pour notre groupe davantage de flexibilité, pour un changement de dates au séjour, ce qui a été refusé. Soyez bien certains qu’aucun changement à votre réservation pourrait survenir pour vous éviter dès désagrément. Nous avons également expérimenté une lenteur dans les communications avec l’hôte.
