Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. “Fantastic location to get into Central London - the tube is about 200m from the hotel, but it's still in a quiet area tucked away from the main road. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean & the parking was great. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good value. Our room was one of the older ones in the property, so it was very tired and needed some updating - that said, it has all the amenities you'd need, it was clean, and everything worked!
