Villa Renate is a 4-room villa with 130 m² of living space spread over two floors.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people. It is spacious, bright, luxurious, and tastefully furnished.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, and a wardrobe.

Upstairs, you will find a large open-plan kitchen (including oven, dishwasher, four-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer) as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor.

Furthermore, the upper floor features a second bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a small wellness area including a steam room and infrared cabin, as well as a shower and toilet.

The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the large swimming pool with sun loungers and shade (May-September). Cozy covered lounge area, small outdoor kitchen with refrigerator/sink, dining area, and gas grill.
