Honestly, it was not great. The young lady at the front was as helpful as she could be. However, there was no tv, ice machine was out, half the lights didn’t work in the room, there also was no iron or iron board in the hotel. I was there because my Uncles funeral was the next day, so that made it tough. Nothing was offered to me and that was more disappointing than anything. Not that I needed something and customer service is first and foremost doing something for your customers, when amenities or whatever it may be are unavailable. Thanks, Andrew

DON’T BOOK. Hotel is closed

They took my money with prepay only option and they are CLOSED. The building is locked and shut down. Now I’m trying to get my money back with very poor help from hotels.com.

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com. I arrived at 7:00 PM on 6/6/25 and the place was closed for business! I did not get to check in and was left stranded. I was lucky to find another hotel down the road, but after travelling all day, this was a terrible experience. You should vet your hotels better. Please make sure I don't get charged for this. The attached photo shows the itenerary number.

This property is vacant and closed. I was very disgusted. Be sure I will not be paying that credit card bill! I was afraid I would not be able to find a place to stay at 9:30 on a Friday night. I had stopped by there twice earlier, no staff and no cars anywhere!

I made a reservation and paid in advance, then called the hotel itself to make sure they had it. They said they did. On the day I was supposed to check in, there was no staff on site. The phone number to call said they were trying to reach their one staff member to come and check me and another guest in. We waited two hours! In the end I made a reservation at a different hotel. Just take this one off your list.

When I arrived at the front desk, there was no one present to check me in. A note on the counter had a phone number, which I called. No answer and the voicemail was full. I waited 10 to 15 minutes and left and drove home to southern Minnesota.
