Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Überall ist Schimmel und danach riecht es auch. Die Betten sind schmutzig und in einem kam uns ein Floh entgegen gesprungen. Wir sind gleich wieder abgereist. Geld gibt's keins zurück weil wir uns angeblich nicht an den Notfallplan gehalten haben. Wollten uns mit einem kleinen Gutschein für die nächste Reise abspeisen. Nie wieder belvilla. Übrigens wurde der Schlüssel nicht übergeben. Er lag unter der Fußmatte am Hintereingang.😱

Sehr herunter gekommenes Haus

Das Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Eine Toilette war defekt, die Spüle in der Küche nur einseitig nutzbar und das Bett mussten wir erstmal mit Panzertape reparieren. Es gibt KEINEN Kleiderschrank, also lebt man aus dem Koffer. Die Spinnweben an den Wänden und Decken haben wir erstmal entfernt, aber gegen den Modergeruch ließ sich nichts machen. Die Grillecke war ganz nett, aber zum Glück hatten wir einen eigenen Grill mit. Der vorhandene Grill war nicht nutzbar. Auch auf dem Grundstück sollte man sich nicht umschauen. Bei kleineren Kindern ist Vorsicht geboten. Unfallgefahr! Wir sind wirklich keine Luxusfamilie, aber das war schon echt grenzwertig im Vergleich zum Preis. Leider keine Reaktion des Vermieters auf meine Reklamation, was es noch trauriger macht.

Let's start with the pluses. A beautiful tourist place, a fantastic base for many attractions in the area, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining room enabling nice breakfasts and dinners in a larger group.Comfortable living room with a fireplace.Now the downsides: flushing flushes in the toilets not working, water not potable - cloudy in a slightly gray color, damaged beds, no hanger, shelf, clothes in the room.Not very clean - generally speaking. You can definitely see that there is no person preparing the house for the arrival of guests.

Het huis was niet schoon 2 dagen zonder water gezeten omdat de put die bij het huis hoort leeg was. Bij aankomst was er een frans sprekende dame met hond en wij mochten geen huisdieren meenemen. Bedden waren doorgezakt. Wc's waren kapot. Eigenlijk te veel om op te noemen aan gebreken...dit moet je zomers niet verhuren!!! Omgeving is wel mooi en de stad is op 10 km afstand

Het huis staat op een groot perceel aan het eind van het dorp. De omgeving is he ...

Het huis staat op een groot perceel aan het eind van het dorp. De omgeving is heel mooi en de mensen vriendelijk. De weg voor het huis wordt gebruikt voor een bedrijf aan het eind van de weg, en daardoor rijdt er best veel verkeer langs. Het huisje is ruim en goed geïsoleerd. Wij zaten er met -20 maar hebben het geen moment koud gehad. De oven was eruit, maar er zat wel een nieuwe vaatwasser in. Verder was alles wat we nodig hadden ruimschoots aanwezig. In het huisje lag een map met tips en uitleg en bij aankomst lagen er welkomstgeschenken klaar. Dit deed erg gastvrij aan. We hebben een aantal maal zonder stroom gezeten, maar dit lag niet aan het huisje....het hele dorp had hier last van.

tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses war sehr gut: gemütliche Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, Essbereich, der auch für 10 Personen reicht. Vor allem das Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch und Kamin hat uns sehr gefallen. Da wir im Winter gereist sind, haben wir den Garten nicht genutzt, aber auch dieser lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer telefonisch zu erreichen. Zum Telefonieren sollte man allerdings ein paar Meter auf den Hügel gehen, um guten Handyempfang zu haben. Die Lage des Ferienhauses inmitten eines Naturparks ist traumhaft. Man kann spazieren, an Flüssen entlang oder nach Jelenia Gora wandern. In dieses Ferienhaus würden wir aufgrund der gemütlichen Ausstattung und tollen Lage wieder fahren.

Het was een heerlijke vakantie waarin we afwisselend dagjes uit zijn geweest en ons in de buurt van de vakantiewoning hebben vermaakt. Prima mogelijkheden om te wandelen. We zaten in de buurt van stuwmeren en riviertjes, maar echt zwemmen kon je er niet. De tips van de eigenaar (op de site van Belvilla) voor bezoeken aan plaatsen in de omgeving waren waardevol. Jammer dat we op de één na laatste dag geen warm water meer hadden en ook de vaatwasser er mee stopte. Waarschijnlijk was er iets mis met de electriciteit. Maar over het algemeen was het een heerlijke vakantie waar we met plezier aan terugdenken.
