"Sparkling clean, very comfortable, great view, great location. We did not want to leave.And the home has a wonderful story. We envisioned many generations ripping up and down the stairs and playing in the woods.The neighborhood geese visited the apple tree down the road every morning honking to wish us well. We looked forward to them.Our hosts were very helpful, in communication with us about local activities, their guest book listed everything.Absolutely recommend this beautiful, quiet, cozy place. Thank you Laura and Eric!"

Lakefront Charming 3-bedroom cottage on beautiful Cranberry Lake

"It was a lovely cottage. One surprise to us was that the lake was farther away from the cottage than we thought etc. It was a walk getting down to it with many uneven steps. Probably not great for older people and small children. Also its very wooded so you only see little bit if the lake from the deck. The cottage could use some more hooks or railings for towels etc. The kids enjoyed the dock, paddleboards and kayaks."

"If you are considering staying here, don't hesitate - book it!Our stay was excellent, I can't say more about the peacefulness and tranquility on the pond. Also, had all the amenities available if we wanted to partake in any activities. We used the kayaks, my first time ever, had a blast!The loons on the pond were so fun to watch and listen to, there is nothing like it. We also spotted a deer at the opposite end of the pond.The sauna in the little cabin was an added bonus - such a cute little place to go and unwind even more.The beds were incredibly comfortable - both in the downstairs bedroom and in the loft.We took the short hike to Lampson Falls, it was just perfect for us. A short walk through the woods on a nice wide, flat trail and the falls were beautiful. Had dinner the 2 E's in Edwards, it was very good and the staff were very friendly. We wanted to check out the Wayside Roadhouse, but unfortunately they were closed that day. Looked like a fun place to grab a drink.If I had to make any suggestions at all, I would say that the TV selection was a bit lacking, but I assume the options are limited. There IS a DVD player there, so I might suggest to bring some movies.We had an absolute wonderful time and wished we could of stayed longer. Teresa & Chris were excellent hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely return and hope to do so.Thank You, Teresa & Chris!"
