Welcome to Pop Inn, the perfect retreat for a quiet, comfortable, and convenient trip to Starkville! This spacious Airbnb features a king bed in a large bedroom with a flat screen TV, as well as a comfy sofa with a pullout queen bed and another large flat screen TV. You'll find ample storage space in the large walk-in closet, and we also provide a pack-n-play for your little one.
With 1.5 baths and a double vanity, getting ready for your day is a breeze. Need to catch up on work or stay connected? You'll appreciate the office desk with fast and reliable internet. The fully stocked kitchen boasts top-notch appliances, and a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, are available for your convenience.
Entertainment options include a large flat screen TV with ROKU, and two private parking spots are provided for your vehicles. Located in a very safe area, our Airbnb is perfect for leisurely walks or invigorating jogs with beautiful lake scenery. Two private parking spots available at condo. However, There is additional parking available at front gate entrance.
Make sure you follow map directions taking you through Highlands Planation. You can not access the condo from Blackjack Road, that is a private entrace with a locked gait.
The condo is located in the back of the building. You will have to take the driveway just past the drive to the front of the building, which will take you to the two designated parking spots for the condo. There are only 2 parking spots available.
No illegal drug possession or use.
No marijuana possession or use in the home.
A damage fee will be charged for any damage caused by pets to the flooring, building, or furniture.
Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes/vaping is permitted outside only.
*$250 fine if inside smoking occurs.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.
No pets that are not house trained.
Guest is responsible for all Damages caused by pets or for any extra cleaning required due to pets.
