「Väldigt prisvärt och nära gamla stan. Jag kunde chatta via whatsapp när jag hade frågor. Fanns kontor där vi kunde ha vår packning innan och efter in och utcheckning. Helt okej rum, lite halv slitet men rent och fräscht. 」

「Vi fick inte koden för passering innan incheckning och fick ringa kundsupporten flera gånger innan vi lyckades få koderna som behövdes för att komma in i byggnaden/lägenheten. Hade också problem vid parkering då någon annan parkerat på vår plats. Men när vi väl var på plats är vi väldigt nöjda med renlighet, standard och läge.」

「The apartment was clean and cozy, very nice updated bathroom and shower and a full kitchen if you’re looking for one. The location near old town was also perfect, maybe a 4 minute walk to the first set of gates on the island The few downsides were that the pullout couch didn’t have a bed inside, it was just the couch so if you’re a little taller you may not fit. There is also a single street light that shines directly into the apartment at night, which is out of their control but depending...

「The place was pretty nice with the exception of the mold in the bathroom due to no shower curtain. Getting help from the office was easy if you went to the office itself instead of calling or texting the number provided. Otherwise, there was no answer. Once we figured this out, they were incredibly helpful, and very kind.」

「Fin leilighet, god standard. Rent og pent. Veldig sentralt. Noe vanskelig dørlås inn til leiligheten. Ikke varme i ovnene, fikk til svar at det skyldes at byen ikke hadde tilgang på oppvarming ennå. Var en kloakk-lukt på badet, antar det kommer av mangel på oppvarming. Hadde lest at man måtte sjekke inn på hotellet, og var derfor klar over at man måtte gå til leiligheten derfra. 「Awful checkin system. You have to make a payment for city tax but they dont tell you until right before you are expecting checkin instructions. After traveling 15hrs you don't want a last minute roadblock. Contact less means no contact. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Complaints went unresolved & ignored. Avoid.」
