「The hotel and staff were excellent. The room was nice, clean, comfortable, and smelled clean. The walls and floors are a little thin so you can hear people walking above and noise from the hallways and rooms next door. We did enjoy the stay overall. 」

「Upon checking in My family and I had the pleasure of being greeted by Martin, he was very friendly, polite and upbeat. He was very informative about the hotels amenities and area attractions. The rooms were very quiet and clean…breakfast was also included with stay and I must say it was hot and good. We stayed 2days and checked out on Sunday morning and Jeni was friendly upon departure. Thank you for a great, affordable, comfortable stay.」

「很糟糕，訂好房型不給入住，他們說Hotels.com照片登錯，整整等了2個半小時無法入住，直到24:30分才入住，我訂1房一廳，酒店只願意給標準房，Hotes.com的客服需要好好檢討，打了10多通電話飯店反應，說馬上處理給我電話，後來等了40分鐘還是沒有電話，一共耽誤了2個半小時，直到24:30分我想算了，入住標準房，不和他們爭 執，實在另人太失望了。」
