“This property was an excellent value. If you're looking for a place to gather outdoors there is a very nice deck area and playground for kids. However, there is very little gathering space indoors.”

“The yard is big enough for dogs to have freedom but not too much to get into trouble. The space is quiet and well maintained. Lovely. I had a tech issue and they were on top of it, someone responded immediately. The only suggestion I have is to add an ice maker to the refrigerator. It is a pain to have to forage for ice all the time and we like our ice in the south. LOL! A beautiful place I would recommend to anyone. I will be back again! ”

“Excellent. Great location close to downtown Perry. We will stay again next time we’re back in town! Highly recommend.”

“Very cozy get away. Definitely off grid - cell service was nonexistent - just what we needed.Real slice of peace and comfort getting back to nature and connecting. ”

“We were very impressed with how clean & fresh the house was. The bed was comfortable ; the white linens pretty & so soft. We were not on site much but all furnishings looked comfortable & clean. We appreciated the automatic light at the front door! The location was why we chose this property. Close to our family. Close to Interstate 75 and Buc-cee's! We would definitely recommend & stay here again.”

“Cute place. Super clean and comfortable. Very close to the little downtown area with some nice restaurants. We did not realize it was so close to a huge sawmill complex that occasionally runs overnight, but it wasn’t that loud in the bedrooms.”

“We had a very pleasant stay. The Host was extremely responsive to my many questions. Also left some delicious Valentine’s cookies, a nice touch. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Great location, right in the center of everything. Thanks for a great stay!”

“It was such a perfect space to spend a quiet weekend for my birthday! The host thought of everything! Thoroughly enjoyed! ”

“Brittany was an amazing host from start to finish. She was always quick to reply to any msgs or questions we had. The house lovely was very clean. The tea that was provided was an amazing surprise as my daughter had devolped laryngitis the day of our arrival, and this was such a homey comfort!”

“Home was perfect! Clean, great locations and host was also great! Highly recommend this home:”

“Would rent this property again.”
