This is a 0 star hotel, it's so terrible. Their rooms are very dirty, in fact, I got sick. I spend a night and the next day I was sick. The rooms are musty and very dirty. Another room is very, very dirty and dilapidated. Another room has bed bugs. I checked out the next morning, they said they will refund me my second night but until now they have not refund me still. It has been almost a month now.

The room had a funny smell, walls were dirty, shower had dark mold or mildew surrounding tub, in and out, tub held water due to warp, and rings could be seen in these puddles. Toilet lid was barely attached to toilet. I would have tried to tighten it myself, however there was brown residue around this area. The sheets on the bed dis appear clean though.

There was two apples in the basket. Waffle bucket was empty. The only thing I could eat was bagel, which was as hard as rock. This is a Motel 9 chain. Lamps were rusty. There were stains in the bath tub. Terrible experience!

I pre ordered the king size suite and when I got there, they were all dirty still at 8 at night. I was downsized to a king bed room and didn’t receive a credit of any kind. And there was a lot of activity going on last night outside. Like a young person party

The room was no where close to the pictures shown on the website. Basic items such as lamps and outlets were not working. The inadequate plumbing in the shower caused a flood in the bathroom. There was a foul odor in the room as well. The room itself looked like it had not been painted or fixed since it was built. There were chunks missing from the walls and molding. To top it off the locks did not lock properly making it a unsafe place for me and my family

Our room was recently remodeled and was nice and clean. Great value for the price. We like that this location is easy to walk to from a few restaurants. 10 min walk to downtown area. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great (Huey’s). Had a few issues with our keys deactivating but the guy at the front was very helpful.

Room was in need of cleaning and maintenance. The bottom part of the bathroom door was torn away (probbaly around 5 inches up). Security lock on door didn't latch. Breakfast options were lacking. Definitely not a buffet.

Ok first all I dont leave reviews but this time Im gonna. The hotel outside was very clean neat and inviting, Statesboro, GA. Is a by the looks of it very nice and polished, up to par and quiet. So in checking-in the men at the counter( India of course) told me my card had been declined even after I paid for the room a week ago, told them thats not my card??? So lucky for me there was a girl there who knew what she was doing and knew why so no issues. Heres the problem, standing behind me was a black girl who slured her language quite well, so well the Indians could not make out what she was trying so say, I barely could. So she walks in off the street asking for a room, dont know if she got it but by the looks of her and the pot smoker waits in a car for her. One this person probably had no credit card, no ID, some Hotels require those things, Two, it was very disturbing this person needed a room and quick for some reason, prostitute or just smoking pot or both. Got back to my room bout 6hrs later and my room smelled like pot, which means there were individuals on the property in rooms close to mine doing it and the HVAC system was pulling it in my room. The sign says no smoking of any kind, when are these Indians gonna A, grow some balls and run them off by walking the property and B, pre screen these idiots before renting a room!!!! Jesus go home!!!! Bugs, bugs in the room, roaches and several other types,outside looks great but the rooms need a remodel and Raid!!!!
