Renovated in 2024. Located in the popular Jåttåvågen area. Free parking in the underground garage with elevator access. Enjoy an enclosed balcony equipped with a heater and a large gas grill.

Central location with proximity to both Stavanger and Sandnes. Stay close to the sea, hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. Just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, you'll find train and bus stations, Viking Stadium, and shops. Right outside the apartment, there are swimming facilities and a sauna that can be booked.

Enjoy the benefits of a smart apartment. Control the lights through an app directly on your phone. You can create shortcuts for various preset lighting modes and timed lighting settings. The kitchen is equipped with standard kitchenware and household items. Clean bed linen and towels are ready for your stay.
