Cosy and rustic house in the mountains

Nice and clean. Rustic house with a cosy jacuzzi. You have a 20 minute car ride up the mountains. It's super quiet up there, if you want some piece. 50 minute car ride to Lucca, beautiful city, not to miss out. Landlord was very nice and courteous

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette ancienne maison très bien entretenue et propre. La vue depuis la maison est magnifique, elle est en plein parc naturel. Maison extrêmement calme, la maison voisine est abandonnée. Avis aux amateurs d’isolement. Attention toutefois, l’accès n’est pas facile, la route est très sinueuse, il faut compter 20 mn de montée et pour l’accès aux plages plutôt 30 mn.L’accès à la maison peut être compliqué également: la voiture reste en bas, il faut ensuite monter jusqu’à la maison. Les pièces sont réparties sur 3 étages avec des escaliers raides.Il y a un mini commerce au village mais il n’y a vraiment pas grand chose, ne pas trop compter dessus.Le village est chargé d’histoire avec un musée très intéressant. Nombreuses possibilités de randonnée.La maison est très bien équipée, je regrette que la 2e chambre indique 2 lits de 1 personne. Il s’agit d’un lit lit superposé dont le lit du dessus n’est pas utilisable car il n’y a pas de barrière de protection. Nous avons donc du prendre notre fille dans notre chambre, dommage de prendre 2 chambres si c’est pour finir par dormir avec les enfants!.Enfin, les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés mais ni la terrasse, ni le terrain ne sont clôturés (impossible pour le terrain).

10 nachten verblijf

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in dit huisje, maar geven geen fantastische score omdat we het niet echt proper vonden en het wat gedateerd is. In eerdere reviews lazen we over ‘wat vochtig’, maar voor ons rook de benedenverdieping zo muf dat we die gewoon niet gebruikt hebben. De badkamer had zwarte schimmelplekken en de trap had een groene schimmelschijn. Het huisje heeft oude charme, maar veel hout op het terras is rot en tegels komen los. Ook leek het niet goed schoongemaakt. Met kleine kindjes vonden we het minder ideaal door de vele trapjes, afstapjes en niveauverschillen in de tuin. Het terras zelf was wel echt fijn en het uitzicht is magnifiek. De weg ernaartoe is kronkelig, niet ideaal voor gevoelige magen of onervaren bestuurders. De keuken was beperkt uitgerust (geen schaar, botte messen, geen afwasblokjes). Wel leuk: een flesje wijn bij aankomst. Het contact met Donatella verliep super vlot, ze was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bedden waren opgemaakt en er lagen genoeg handdoeken. Qua temperatuur was het heerlijk: beneden in Lido was het 30 graden, maar in St. Anna gemiddeld zo’n 8 graden koeler. Perfect voor wie niet tegen extreme hitte kan. De jacuzzi was fijn om in af te koelen, al hadden gebruiksaanwijzingen handig geweest – we vonden het water wat stinken en durfden er niets in te doen zonder te weten wat precies.

Höhenlage

Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch in den Bergen. Für uns war die tägliche Anfahrt etwas nervenzehrend, da 20 minütige enge Serpentinen, sowohl Fahrer, wie Auto strapaziert haben. Beide liefen täglich heiß deswegen. Donatella ist sehr, sehr freundlich und tut alles einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Historische Perle

Meine Familie und ich waren eine Woche in dem alten Haus in Sant'Anna. Wir waren uns nicht ganz so im Klaren darüber, dass das Gebäude noch zu 3/4 ein Überbleibsel von '44 ist. Die Vermieterin hat aber ihren Teil (1/4) des Hauses mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und hergerichtet. Zusammen mit ihrem Mann ist sie fleißig daran alles weiter zu optimieren. Dass in einem so alten Gebäude an Regentagen die Feuchtigkeit Einzug hält, konnten wir ganz einfach mit dem Entfeuchter, der immer parat steht, beheben. Unser kleiner Hund hatte wahnsinnig viel Spaß am Erkunden des Grundstücks und wir haben die Gegend über Wanderungen entdeckt. Es gibt viel zu sehen! Minen, Ruinen, Denkmale etc. Meine Familie hat vor allem den Whirlpool ausgiebig genutzt. Vielen Dank an Donatella für einen besonderen Urlaub und das Kümmern und die Verfügbarkeit!

Familienurlaub

Die Anfahrt über eine steile und schmale Serpentinenstraße führt am Dorfplatz vorbei zu dem alten, geschmackvoll restaurierten Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind perfekt und angenehm im Schatten. Es gibt schöne Wanderwege, direkt vom Haus weg, mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Ja, der eine Raum muffelt. In historischem Gemäuer lässt sich das nun mal nicht vermeiden. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir uns hauptsächlich im Freien aufgehalten haben.

Traumhaft ruhig,natur pur

Dieses Haus liegt in einem Bergdorf,zu beachten ist die fast 18 min. Serpentinen Auffahrt!! Ansonsten sehr schön, puristisch und absolut naturnah. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Meer, nach Pisa oder auch Florenz. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr nett. Für Hunde ein absolutes Paradies. Allerdings kommt ab und an auch ein fremder Hund zu besuch. Das sollte man beachten.

Wunderbar

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Sehr ursprünglich und wunderbar gelegen für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub. Von da aus kann man die Umgebung und die schönen Städte erkunden. Ganz besonders hat uns die Geschichte des Dorfes beeindruckt und uns gerade als Deutsche zu denken gegeben. Total liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, welches man nur über eine Terpetinenstrasse mit 20 Minuten Fahrt erreicht. Es ist komfortabel und sehr sauber. Schöne Umgebung, ideal zum Wandern, sehr entspannend. Der Pool war leider nicht verfügbar, was uns aber direkt nach der Buchung in Verbindung mit einem Nachlass mitgeteilt wurde. St. Anna ist ein spezieller, geschichtsträchtiger Ort. Entfernung zum Strand etwa 30 Minuten. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einem selbst gemachten Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein :-). Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Das Haus hat wirklich eine super Lage. Lediglich das Wohnzimmer im Keller war etwas feucht, allerdings gab es einen Entfeuchter und die Vermieterin meinte, dass akutell die Feuchtphase sei.

Isolated house in the mountains

We had a warm welcome from Donatella with an homemade cake as well as sparkling wine. All communications were great and we always had quick responses. In living in this house we discovered a part of World War II we were not familiar with, but my youngest son did not like the idea that families had been killed in the house and in surrounding houses and was slightly scared. This house enabled us to immerse ourselves in the Italian way of living. For North Americans, this house really took us out of our zone of confort: - it takes about 20-25 minutes of narrow roads and narrow turns, mostly up hill to get to the house. This made us very nervous each time we were going to or coming from the house. - the fridge freezer was very tiny and we couldn’t really keep anything in it - the house is attached to abandoned houses - as it is in the woods and made of ciment, it smells humidity, keeping the windows opened helped - the bells from the church ring every half hour to indicate the time - the washing machine is outside - to manage use of electricity, the hot tub is at pool temperature I would recommend this house for people that want to be isolated and do hiking. The view from the mountains is incredible, we can see the sea.

Rustikales Ferienhaus in historischer Umgebung

Für einen Urlaub zum Runterkommen genau richtig: eine nicht übertriebene Ausstattung, mit schöner Terrasse und Whirlpool lassen einen gut entspannen. Eine nette Vermieterin, die immer erreichbar war.

Tolle Lage, herrliche Natur,

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt auf 650m Höhe über dem Meer, es ist sehr angenehm dort, auch vom Klima her, die Lage am Waldrand ist wunderbar ruhig. Donatella hat alles sehr schön eingerichtet und uns auch sonst sehr gut geholfen und beraten. Die Bäckerei mit herrlich frischem Brot jeden Morgen ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß benötigt man vom Haus aus bis zu dem Denkmal auf dem Berg gegenüber. Von da aus kann man bestimmt 30km Mittelmeerküste überblicken. Fantastisch!

mitten in der Natur

Auf einen etwas abseits gelegenen Hügel, steht diese sehr nett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wer die Ruhe und Abgelegenheit sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der quasi mitten in der Natur stehende Whirpool rundet die "perfekte Entspannung" zu 100% ab. Die Auffahrt mit 20 min Serpentinstrecke ist zwar recht spannend, man gewöhnt sich aber auch daran. Besonders hervoheben möchten wir noch die überaus freundliche und symphatische Gastgeberin Donatella. Und die Sauberkeit des Hauses, einfach perfekt!

Belle maison dans la nature

La maison repartie sur 3 etages est bien entretenue et soigneusement décorée de fleurs fraîches. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. La terrasse est agréable et bien ombragée, ainsi que le jacuzzi. L'environnement extérieur est très nature et calme. A noter qu'il faut rouler une bonne vingtaine de minutes sur une route étroite de montagne en partant de la plaine. Mer et plages à 30 minutes en voiture. Toute la famille a apprécié ! :-) (2 adultes + 5 ans + 1 an).

Il soggiorno delle nostre vacanze è stato veramente ottimo perché chi cerca la tranquillità è un luogo di pace e se vuoi andare al mare in spiaggia o per fare movida in 20 minuti circa la Versilia ti aspetta! La casa è uguale alle foto esposte. Ottima la pulizia e tutto ciò di cui disponeva la casa. Un grazie veramente di cuore a Donatella e alla sua famiglia! Lo consiglio vivamente. Un abbraccio Lucia e family!
