No TV
This was our first VRBO booking. Clean, quiet and cozy. Didn't think that a TV was an added amenity to put in my requirements. So we made the best of that part. Allowed the two of less distracted time. But required us to go to a sport's bar to see the Blues game. Ended up at Dannie's - Very nice!!!

Great Place for Quilting
We loved this unique property. It was perfect for the two of us. We were close enough to go into town in the morning but come back in the afternoon for some quilting and then turn around & go back to town for supper. The typewriter theme was fun. Plenty of clean towels & washclothes. We attended Pecanapolousa and went to the Memorial Cemetary for an evening of walking in the dark listening to some stories about the people buried there. Great fun!

Clean and Comfy
Made a quick weekend trip to visit family and this was the perfect place. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. The typewriter theme throughout the home prompted fun and nostalgic table talk during meals. The handmade quilts were works of art and showcased the craftsmanship beautifully.

House should have been aired out longer. Bedding was very comfortable.
I began thinking it would be a great getaway. Host called the day before check out & indicated we had to check out due to another booking. We had paid thru Saturday. We suggested to host to communicate with the other party & we would check out as paid & scheduled. Sort of ruined last full day...not!

Quiet stay in a quiet town
Visited my nephew working in this area. The place was super clean and very cute. The beds were so comfortable! Would stay here again.

Forget Skype let's type!
We enjoyed the Type Inn. It is a lovely home that reminded us of homes we had been in years ago. The front outside sitting area was good for star gazing. Bowser loved the wall to wall carpeting!

Quaint mid century modern home
This was a very quaint home. Nice quiet area. It was very clean and cutely decorated with vintage typewriters and books. I would stay here again.

Second Time at Type Inn and Loved it!
Home is in a beautiful setting, walked into Ste. Geneviève, had Sirro’s and Stella and Me for Yummy food, Pickle Springs and Hawn State Park are scenic hiking/walking in the area. The lot and home offer privacy and it was another great stay there. The typewriters and their history make for enjoyable reading and seeing.

This charming cottage (in the 17c. French town first European town west of the Mississippi River) has its own typewriter history. Easy walk to the historic downtown. Great hiking in beautiful Hahn State Park easy drive away. Host is super helpful. Cottage has everything you need for a quiet getaway in a quaint rivertown.
