“좋은 숙소였습니다 방은 넓었고, 깨끗하게 관리되어 있으며, 친절하게 안내를 해 주었습니다 아침식사는 정성껏 마련해 주었습니다 날마다 메뉴가 바뀌었으며, 음식에는 정성이 들어있었습니다 아쉬운 점이 두가지 있었습니다 3층 방을 제공해 주셨는데, 화장실에서 냄새가 났습니다 기압이 낮거나, 펜이 고장난 것도 아닌것 같은데, 냄새에 민감한 우리는 상당한 고역이었습니다 그래서 가능하면 우리화장실을 쓰지않고 공용화장실과, 샤워장을 이용하기도 했습니다 두번째는 이틀을 묵었는데, 보통호텔은 청소는 안해도 쓰레기통을 비우고, 수건을 바꾸어 주는데, 그런서비스는 없었습니다 결론은 방에 화장실에서 나는 냄새만 없다면 대 만족입니다”

“Best hostel I have ever stayed in! It is so so clean. I had a twin private room with shared bathroom. Everyone is given slippers it is a shoe free hostel which means it is so clean. The staff are very helpful. There are so much facilities including a garden, outside area, a working area with desks with high sides to work or study from, a large kitchen full of equipment and crockery. Great location can walk to shops, market, restaurants, supermarket.”

“We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.”

“Large hotel with swimming pool and garden in government district of Bishkek. We were upgraded to a larger room (suite). Good WiFi, good bathroom. Excellent Buffet breakfast included. Very complicated TV! Kettle and teabags. Nice outside area to sit and get a drink. Very nice deck outside the breakfast room to sit out for your breakfast. Staff sometimes did not understand English very well. We asked for a taxi to the bus station but taxi took us to the border! We had to get the taxi to return to……
