Great Stay

We (group of 11) had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious and we never felt cramped. It was so much fun to have the pool right across the street, it made it very convenient to to run over after a day of skiing. And the ski shuttle was also a major benefit. Would definitely return.

Truly and Awesome Place

This house had everything you needed in a skiing vacation home / winter destination. Shuttle stop was super easy to figure out, and all of the information for checking in and checking out was super clear. As for the house itself, it was spacious, clean, and just super nice all around. Would 1,000% stay here again

* Shuttle service exceptional. *A bathroom for every bedroom is a BIG plus. *Clean. *Plenty of toiletries. *Good seating for dining (two tables with chairs, bar area seating). *Kitchen well supplied. *Nice large foyer, plenty of room for everyone’s shoes, coats, seating, etc. *Nice pool and hot tub area.

Roomy and Wonderful Location

Our 10-member family stayed here in July. There was plenty of room for all of us even at the table as it easily extended to accommodate all of us comfortably. The bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve. Parking was pretty easy, even for 3 cars. It was convenient to have it located right across from the swimming pool/hot tub. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. It helped to open the windows and run the fans. We would stay here again.

Amazing property

Me and my friends used this property during a wedding and it was perfect. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. There was plenty of space for all of us. We did have some issues with some unexpected construction, however the management company got back to me asap and fixed the issue. The management company was quick with their response and addressed the issue immediately. Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Holiday Stay in Steamboat Springs!

The house was large and well situated for our party of 8 adults. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a few meals in and it was a great location to the mountain. The shuttle service provided by the property was great for going to town, grocery stores, etc. The check in process was smooth and during our stay the management was available to us for any of our needs. Upon check in we had an issue with the cleaning staff at the house which was resolved with no problem. I only mention this because despite having an issue the management was very quick to respond and went out of their way to remedy the situation and to accommodate us for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It was not only a clean comfortable home in a great location the management staff was excellent.

This house is beautiful. Kitchen well stocked with variety of spices, salt, pepper making cooking easy away from home. Right across from pool which was excellent with kids. All beds comfy and lots of pillows to find good night rest. 2 items need addressed. 1, for Sumner guests beware no air conditioner. Nights fine with windows open. Miserable during day and early evening main floor and master suite. 2. Both couches are sleepers and need cushions replaced badly.

Loved the layout of the kitchen and well stocked for most anything....plates, cups, glasses, utensils and cookware. Also loved that the pool and hot tub were right across and heated. We were there for a wedding and had 8 adults. We had a separate bedroom/bathroom for 3 couples, and 2 single family members also had his/her own bed and bath. Five beds and five full baths was so great for getting ready for all the wedding festivities. And one bed/bath was on the main level with the kitchen and living area, which was great for my 84 year old mom. So perfect for our family. Wifi worked well.

Convenient to Mountain

Was within walking distance to the mountain so could either take the shuttle or walk. Kitchen was well equipped but could use kitchen towels as none were available. Bedrooms were comfortable with their own local thermostats. Square footage for 12 is a stretch, especially for just sitting around and relaxing unless people retire to their own rooms. We ended up having only 6 people stay there and with the 2 people (stayed elsewhere) visiting, it was tight at dinner time and hanging out. This property is actually managed by Vacasa, so we ended paying an additional $600 in service fees (Vacasa's and VRBO's). Would have booked directly with Vacasa if we had known, so hopefully this review will help others in the future.

Great spot!

This home was perfect for the four couples and four kids (two infants) for a Thanksgiving getaway. We were across the street from the pool which had pushed back their opening date, but the management company opened so my family could use it - a highlight for the kids! The management company was very responsive and internet worked great (Xfinity internet -the best!) The house was clean and well stocked - handled an entire Thanksgiving meal!

Very clean and spacious! Wifi is awful

Very clean! Bathroom in every single bedroom which was so convenient! Pool and hot tub 10 feet away across the street! My only issue with this home was the wifi. We were there for a soccer tournament and I couldn’t get any updates from the team manager or coach- couldn’t look to see where restaurants were or order food, or reserve activities on the mountain - make the internet WAY faster or even just useable and this place is a perfect gem!

Great Place, No Internet

Overall this property was perfect for our family. The living space was large, the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need and the bedrooms were spacious. Unfortunatley, the internet did not work while we were there which presented a challenge for those of us that had to work. This problem seems to be ongoing with the property so if Internet is not required, this is a great place to stay. Luckily there is a business center close by that we were able to use for work that had very fast internet.
