Perfect for a family of 4 summer vacation!

We all had comfy beds, we were in close walking distance to the shuttle, restaurants and the base of the mountain. We used the hot tubs, pool, and the cute little balcony. The staff was helpful and the condo was the perfect amount of space.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Only improvement could be some sort of plastic wrap or containers. We packed a lunch and had nothing to wrap it in. There were only two containers with lids from prior takeout. Other than that, the place was great.

Very clean and comfortable

Everything was perfect. We really felt at home in this lovely and roomy condo. We saw from the pics that it didnt have a Keurig coffee maker so we brought our own. The king sized bed was comfortable. There is no elevator but we didnt mind because we did not have a lot to carry in.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The best thing going is the proximity to the lifts. 5 minute walk. And the ski locker on the ground floor is super close to a cut through to the sidewalk. My only two complaints are the laundry situation is challenging and there’s not quite enough seating. There’s only one washer/dryer for the whole building. That’s 15 units and one washer. We lucked out and had minimal competition for it. But at spring break or Christmas, it would be hard. For a place that sleeps 7, there needs to be more places to sit. We had 5 and had a hard time all getting somewhere to sit and see the TV. The unit could use another chair or something to sit in.

Amazing three seasons out of the year, summer is tough

This property is very nice, furniture is overall comfortable, kitchen is well-appointed and comfortable, layout works well for a family, would choose this unit again. Overall location is nice, this unit does front the road so if some road noise bothers you be aware (it didn't bother us.) The major issue with this unit and I expect this entire property is there is no air conditioning and Steamboat is increasingly hot consistently in the summer. Also, the windows open with sliding doors and blinds such that having them open requires you to give up privacy as anyone driving or walking by can see in if the lights are on. It is also situated such that you cannot get a cross-breeze through the condo. Box fans did little to cool it off. At bedtime (10-11pm) it was MUCH hotter in the unit than outside despite all windows opened and box fans going full tilt (box fans don't work especially well for the type of windows.) I would happily return in cooler months but it was truly uninhabitable during the daytime at temps over 80 and uncomfortable at night. Also, the wifi didn't reach the bedrooms well, that could be easily remedied.

This unit had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable for a quick family getaway. It was nice being close to, but not right at, the base area. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed being at the Boat!

This is a great property! The condo is lovely and clean and quiet, with an awesome view. It fit our needs for our family of 3 perfectly (2 adults and a 5 year old). The check-in process was easy and the management company was easy to work with and very friendly. There is a market that serves coffee and yummy breakfasts right across the street and the Steamboat plaza is literally 1.5 blocks away. Would highly reccommend!

Cozy and Convenient Condo

We had a really nice stay here. We are a family or 6 and we were very comfortable. We loved how close it was to the mountain base for skiing and easy to get to town and back. The beds were very comfortable and they had a lot of fun games and movies for the kids to enjoy! My biggest issues were no washer dryer in unit (make sure to look closely at in unit amenities. Washer dryer is shared not actually in unit so be prepared to go to basement with quarters) and the kitchen could have used some better amenities.

Fantastic Condo in Best Location

The owners of the condo have great taste and made great use of the space. Our family of 5 fit comfortably and enjoyed the many windows, the cozy gas fireplace, the nice finishes, and the convenient layout. The condo is at the far corner of The Lodge closest to gondola bases with a shortcut to Village Dr. We walked 1200ft home for lunch and only wished we had brought a cable lock to walk without skis. There is a lockable ski locker at the base of the stairs. Our only complaints, and these are pretty minor, would be waiting for the Vacasa shuttle to pick us up from downtown (25 minutes) and weak jets in the 1 hot tub for the whole property.

Ski / Snowboard Paradise

We stayed in F305 for 10 days. I was only going to stay for 5 but we were having so much fun that I just had to extend my stay. The Condo was very clean and had cool Decor like pictures of the Ski Resort. F305 is right across the street from a store that sells some basic stuff. It is very close to the (Gondola) 2 blocks. I walked a couple times but you don’t have to because there is a fee shuttle that can take you anywhere you want to go. A couple things were off, like the hot tubs were not very hot (Luke Warm) and no changing rooms so be careful it is freezing and a bit of a walk. It is on the top floor so it has a good view but it definitely gets tiring going up and down the stairs. I will definitely stay here again. I also recommend The Lodge for families. Mahalo Michael S

Had a wonderful stay at The Lodge. The condo was as advertised and had everything we needed. Loved popping open the windows and getting some fresh mountain air. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff here is incredibly accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be back someday!

The condo is located on the 3rd floor and on the corner end on the street. The plows would be noisy at night. No elevator. Close to the gondala and across the street from the grocery store. Great place for a family to stay. We invited 2 other couples and although sleeps “7 people” it was a little tight. Fully stalked kitchen. The recliners are functioning but handles are broken. Great price for the location.
