Short family ski trip

The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location with a full kitchen and comfortable couches and beds. Upstairs loft was convenient for young children if you had them. The balcony offered beautiful views of the slopes and gondola at sunrise & sunset. Thanks!

Family Ski Trip- NYE week

We loved the space and the convenience to the slopes. The only downside was the check in process… very confusing and time consuming! The property management uses some site called ITrip that is not very user friendly. We called the management company to help with check in and they hung up on me two different times. The free shuttle service never panned out either as it was not convenient times and the app was difficult to use (even my 20 year old daughter struggled with it and she is very tech-savvy! I would stay again but would prefer dealing with VRBO directly or the owners.

Great location, property management below average

Condo itself was great, though cleaning crew left smelly garbage and junk under the couch. Couldn't get into the building at 11:00 pm check in. Key cards did not work. Property management left keys on 3 more occasions, none of which worked (how did they not check?)Finally after waiting an hour two days later, someone brought key fobs that finally worked. We had to wait for people to let us in before that. Plus we were on the 5th floor and west elevator out of service. We had to hoof it 5 floors with luggage and skis until someone told us there was another elevator in a separate entrance the next day.
