A view you can't beat

Stunning views for both sunrise and sunset. The house is comfortable and extremely well built and designed. One downside is the house does not have HVAC. That is not a big deal 11 months out of the year but we had some hot days and the master BR got really warm. iTrip is a great management team. They were attentive and solved any issues that came up.

Breathtaking Views

If your looking for amazing mountain views, then this place is 100% the place to be. Every room in the house has breathtaking views. We stayed here for a month and loved every second of our stay. The house is comfortable and well equipped for small or large groups. I wish I would have stayed here when my twins were babies. This house had everything a baby could need already in the house. Would have made traveling here so simple. If you love to ski, the mountain is a very short drive. And downtown Steamboat is very easy to access as well. I honestly can’t say anything bad about this house or the property management. Anytime we had a question they responded promptly, even on the weekend. Would love to rent this property again.

Timbers Preserve—wonderful

Our family spent a wonderful month at Timbers Preserve. The home is beautiful,spacious, well-stocked and very clean. The views are incredible. It is off the beaten path, which we loved, but an easy drive into town.
