Great Spot

Super clean, easy communications and fast to respond. Wonderful location. Complex was quiet while still very convenient to the mountain and quick to get downtown.

Great views, terrific location for all mountain access

Our family stayed here to ski and we had a great time. The lodging matched the VRBO description and photos. It's simple, clean and comfortable. The balcony had great views of the mountain and Yampa Valley. The local management company was responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. It's great for a large / extended family and/or a group of friends. The multi-level provided welcomed separation from the teenagers and adults. The walking distance to the lifts was super convenient as was access to the restaurants in the base area. The pool and hot tub were well maintained; nice to have after a day of skiing.

The heat in the master bedroom did not work the entire trip. They came to fix it but were unable to do so and they never reached out to us with an explanation after that. The carpet is very old and worn, needs to be replaced and the bathrooms are very dated. Furniture is old. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, walking distance to the lifts and the beds are comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again personally but if location is your priority and you don't care about having an updated condo then it would be great.
