This year Steamboat is expanding the ski area with all new lifts and the longest and fastest gondola in North America! The new base has a skating rink during ski season, and a big lawn during the summer - and so many great places to hang out. Steamboat has been our family’s favorite destination for 20 years - we hope it’s yours too! Live music is a staple at Steamboat - look at the calendar for all the music festivals coming soon. There is a new area of the ski resort opening this winter too - with new trails never skied before.

The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, and a very quick walk to Wild Plum for some shopping, to several restaurants and to the Steamboat base. I love the big trees with the year round lights, and the creek right by the complex.

There is dedicated underground parking for 1 spot, with an elevator that goes directly to the front door. There is also street parking right outside the unit. During ski season there’s a ski loop shuttle in case you’d rather be shuttled right to the base and not carry your gear.
