“I was very pleased with this unit. It had everything i needed. I will certainly stay here again on future trips. The management was very quick and helpful in response to questions. “Big Bear Lodge was perfect for our two week stay in Steamboat Springs (as a couple). Everything was exactly as described and exactly as pictured. Tom was a very responsive and helpful host.Self check in was super easy. The place was spotless. There were loads of essentials provided. Herbs and oil for cooking, kitchen towels, coffee and filters for the coffee machine, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, spare towels, dishwasher soap and supplies for the washing machine.……

“We had two couples and wanted two private bedrooms with accompanying bathroom facilities ... this was one of the few properties that met our criteria.The beds were comfortable and while the bathrooms are small, they are workable. The host was great with communications and made our check-in process a breeze. She followed up quickly when we had questions on-site.Facility is centrally located in a safe neighborhood and easy to access local restaurants, etc. The condo is clean and well maintained……
