“The bar was great- food was great, prices were respectable. Restaurant was a little pricey. Then the room rates first night reasonable, second night was almost a Hundred dollars higher but with out the air conditioning we had at the lower price. And we asked for free parking for our two day stay and the fact it was 83 degrees in our room , as compensation for the inconvenience and got Nothing. When you have to inconvenience your customers and you can’t do anything for them that is not customer……

“The hotel location was in a great area, there was lots of food options and shopping. The room is very spacious, especially traveling with teens. The hotel was very up-to-date and clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. The gentleman that checked me in was great and offered a room of the mountains which we appreciate it and gay recommendations to restaurants nearby. The breakfast option in the morning was pretty reasonable, clean and refreshed often. Overall, it was a great hotel to……

“Rooms smelled dirty and like wet dogs. Videoed a crawling bug on the bed sheet, cigarette burns on sheets. Linens unclean. One of the rooms key card wouldn’t work and they only had one key to open it which we had to go to office to request. Not safe , chain not available on door to keep intruder out. No amenities except junk doughnuts and few pieces of fruit. No cereal, juice milk. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Expedia should not advertise this place.”

“Safety was beyond an issue. There were people screaming at 4:00 in the morning and somebody tried to break into my room at around the same time. My family went into the pool for the last hour that it was open and the kids were so rowdy that were there. You had children that were peeing in the corner and defecating by the pool. They will also throwing the mats that are there so people don't slip into the pool on people's heads. My daughter is from the Bronx and she even got out the pool. Nobody……
