“This property is beautiful and centrally located to many fun activities. Vicki was so easy to work with and gave many ideas on where to eat and fun things to do. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“It was amazing! I stayed with my daughter over Spring Break since she’s a teacher and we were so thrilled and excited when we walked in. The Guest Hideaway goes above and beyond when it comes to cleanliness, location, outdoor space and welcome information. The Welcome Binder gave us ideas on where to go and how far we were from popular attractions, as well as specifics on where to find things for the house like the remote for the string lights on the deck. We had s’mores one night thanks to the……

“Nice house”

“Everything was clean and orderly. Me, my wife and four teenagers enjoyed staying here after all the hiking and swimming.”

“House was clean and everything was just as described. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Perfect for our family (3 generations traveling to the area for a funeral). We only stayed one night, but we would have been comfortable staying there multiple nights. We regretted not being able to stay longer and take advantage of the games and outdoor gathering area.”

“Great place to stay in Somerset. Andrew was great to work with. Would recommend.”

“I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass……

“Overall, this was a nice, spacious home in a good location with a beautiful view. The house was decorated well, the grill was a nice addition, and the kitchen had most of what we needed, although there was no dish soap or paper towels. The home was generally clean, other than a significant ant problem. There were hundreds of ants in the kitchen, and they got into quite a bit of our food. There were also ants covering parts of the exterior siding. When we contacted the host, we were told where to……

“The house was perfect for our family weekend visit at Lake Cumberland and is exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The property is well maintained and very clean. The 5 minute drive to Burnside Marina was very convenient. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The host responded quickly when we had questions.”

“Jordan was a great host and very patient with us. The communication was awesome and the house was beautiful with a great view of the lake.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Exactly what we were looking for. We hope to return!”

“Walking into the main room was jaw dropping to see the scene outside the large windows. The master bedroom and bath was incredibly spacious. The rest of my family (5 adults and 11 children) were very comfortable in their bedrooms. The kitchen was easy to work in and well stocked. The area of Somerset was most enjoyable to explore. We rented pontoon boats on one day and that was a big hit. We enjoyed the Pulaski County park as well.”
