「This property exceeded my expectations. The entire property is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It is part of a time-share resort group so they do offer you as part of your check-in a "free gift" or free parking if you sit through a 90-minute presentation, but after declining, they don't ask you again during your stay. 「The staff was great, but they should let you know before booking that the pool will be down all summer. I've stayed here before, and I love it specifically for the pool, woyhout the bougie price. It was a major disappointment because I told all my family to bring swimsuits. Hotels.com should clearly state that the pool is down because i should have booked elsewhere.」

「Property is decent for the most part, nice pool, good price and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk, it’s nice they have off street parking if you drive down don’t have to pay for parking or anything and you can walk to stores nearby I had no complaints will book again, clean room, decent cable and fair price I enjoyed my stay」
