"Pros: Das Haus ist wunderbar groß und perfekt für unser Familientreffen gewesen. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum spielen, egal ob drinnen oder draußen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und der Check-in lief reibungslos und sehr nett. Auch wurde auf Fragen sehr freundlich zeitnah geantwortet und geholfen. Es war alles da was man braucht und super sauber. Besser gehts eigentlich nicht :-) In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten das schöne Thüringen zu erkunden und gerade für Familien wird...

"This second floor apartment was spotlessly clean. The owners were very helpful, the bed was quite comfortable and it is a very cozy little place. The balcony was semi-private. The WC was on the first floor but that did not pose a problem. This is a wonderful area."

"Ein herrliches Fleckchen Idylle. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und äußerst nette Gastgeber. Sauber, ordentlich und ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Wer sich eine kleine Auszeit fern von jeglicher Hektik nehmen möchte, ist dort genau richtig. Eine herrliche Aussicht und sehr viel Ruhe, mit Natur und vielen Möglichkeiten, die Gegend zu erkunden. "Hotel Herzog Georg is a real gem hidden in rural Germany. The size of room is larger than a standard European room and we were very happy to have 2 large size doubles for my wife and 15 yr old son. Breakfast was massive European style and quality was superb. Lots of walking opportunities around town with site seeing and hiking just a short drive away. A couple notes, not much English spoken here, or in town at all. People were extremely gracious and we didnt have any issues, but just be aware. Also there are limited hours for the reception and if you think you will even be close to showing up after 7pm local time, reach out and coordinate how to get room access. We did not do this (our fault) and struggled to get ahold of the reception after hours with our US phones. Overall I would def stay here again if I was coming to the area."
