“We had an absolutely amazing stay at Chabivin. The unit was very clean and literally has everything you need at your fingertips. I would definitely recommend the Vineyard studio for a romantic getaway. It's a very modern and chic unit, yet cozy and warm. I loved the welcome note hanging on a letter board outside our unit, lovely personal touch. We will be going back very soon for a family trip this time. “We really enjoyed our stay at Jonquil Cottage. We felt at home straight away finding it very clean and comfortable for our weeks stay. The pretty leafy garden is ideal to sit out in warm weather, providing plenty of shade. The cottage is in an ideal position at a very close walking distance to the main street in Franschhoek. We felt perfectly safe walking out both during the day and in the evening to eat. Jo was very helpful and went to great trouble to ensure that we were comfortable during……

“The Cottage is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, the host Jan has thought of everything. The private area outside and the pool are fab, pretty garden with lots of flower's and shrubs to attract the birds. Jan sent us useful information on booking and then more on check in which helped us decide how we would spend our time, he gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and vineyards to visit. There were lots of lovely little touches each day it was definitely a 5 star……

“I was extremely happy with our stay! Such a cozy little spot but not far from conveniences like a market and dining and VA waterfront entertainment and more restaurants! Uber is so easy to catch in this area as well! Plenty of space for clothes…I think the only thing I’d wished they had was an air cooler…it is easy and safe to open the windows for that wonderful breeze but our clothes that we washed coold have dried quicker if there was an air cooler! I would stay again nonetheless!!!”

“We booked a 40 night stay based on photos depicting terraces with great views & gleaming, beautifully lit pool & hot tub in lovely surroundings. The video (entitled Le Bonheur - Luxury Villa) shows pleasant neutral interiors. This could not be further from reality! These enhanced photographs are obviously decades old & bear no resemblance to the current seriously neglected & tired property. The terrace, overlooks ugly roof, with several beehives housed on it. It is cramped & affords no privacy,……
