「For a 1 star hotel , the service is better than a lot of 3 stars The staff at front desk is amazing and very helpful We stayed with my whole family and my mom had her flight cancelled and had to stay at the hotel by herself not speaking the language I left all instructions at the hotel and they followed every instruction perfectly I am very grateful to the hotel and the staff 」

「The hotel location was safe and quiet. The hotel itself was modern witb a gym and pool, very clean and amenities. The staff were very curteous and friendly wirh prompt response. The breakfast is buffet with great and varied options. The spa..massage is something to definitely soak into The hotel is family friendly, we stayed for a week and enjoyed it. We would go back in a heart beat!! It offers an amazing experience at an affordable cost」

「Comfortable bed, spacious room and very friendly & competent staff. The location, on a walking distance to the city center of Stellenbosch, is also perfect. Only negative: the pool is a bit smaller than on the pictures, you can't swim a lap in there. Also had some problems with the AC.」

「The Protea Hotel Tyger Valley was Magical. In the perfect location with breathless views of the entire city of Cape Town including the beautiful Table Mountains. 「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」
