“Large, well-appointed room with a patio facing the mountains. The couch on the patio wasn't clean, but everything else was great. A glass of wine upon arrival plus a complimentary bottle in the room. Cypress looked after our luggage upon arrival and departure it was a long walk to the room -and he was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was large, lots of variety and very good.”

“Unfortunately, much of the property was being renovated during our stay, which complicated things a bit. However, the location is excellent, the breakfast in the restaurant next door was very good, and the staff were most pleasant and helpful.”

“The parking lot is relatively small and we were only able to park outside the main entrance for our stay! Our room has renovated, they were neat n clean ! Good breakfast too!”

“Staff always great”

“I cannot recommend highly enough. I stayed for 5 nights in September and would return tomorrow if i could. The hotel itself is lovely with a lovely garden, it looks out over the park, there is tea and cake available every afternoon and it feels so homely. The staff are faultless and could not be nicer or more helpful if they tried, it was such a pleasure to stay there and is only a few minutes walk from the centre but lovely and quiet.”

“The property was lovely, the breakfast was varied and we really enjoyed it. The garden and pool area is amazing and peaceful. The staff were lovely and helpful”

“We just loved the stay. Great view. Perfect service and a Owner that is passionate!”

“A very pleasant stay close to the town centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good bed and shower. The only thing I missed was a full-length mirror. The included breakfast had a small but tasty selection, and we always had plenty to eat. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and happy to offer local tips. The car lift to the garage was a fun surprise!”

“Stunning hotel dating back to the 1700’s in a great location.”

“Clean room with lots of space and features. Quiet and relaxing setting. Host was nice and informative of tourist opportunities in the area.”

“This was a beautiful property, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They coordinated a wine tour, and made great recs for food in town. They upgraded our room, which was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as well, it included yogurt fruit and granola as well as a full English, coffee and juice but they seemed willing to make whatever you wanted. I had avocado toast one day. I would definitely recommend this guest house and would love to stay again!”
