“Most services were closed...valet, spa. No adult pool time. Food below average considering the cost. Staff was exceptional!.”

“Loved my stay here! The room was super clean and the breakfast had plenty of good options. The staff were fantastic and so helpful the whole time. I also really enjoyed the pool area—it’s such a chill spot, and there are plenty of other comfy areas in the hotel to just hang out and relax.”

“The room was dirty and in disrepair, cigarette burns on the bedding, actual dirt or mold on the soap containers. We had to leave almost immediately. Camping in a tent would have been cleaner.”

“Check-in was easy except it was pouring down rain and the person on shift or an owner was parked under the covered area, so I had to get out in the rain during a storm. Overall, the property was ok for a cheap place to stay one night. The checkout process was poor. Showed they opened for breakfast at 7 but at 8:15 I had to ring the bell multiple times for someone to come to the outside window because the main door was locked. Once they answered, you could tell that they were still in bed asleep……

“We had a short overnight stay but were very impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and hotel room. Aesthetics are modern and appealing. Monique at the front desk upon check in was kind enough to take the time to rework our existing reservation to have rooms directly next door to family. Breakfast offered a good variety. Buffet and eating area was clean and well kept. We will 100% stay again.”

“The hotel was dirty and stinky...the hotel staff was rude when asking about the nonexistent breakfast 😒 ther weren't enough washcloths and towels for the room guests.”

“The AC unit was nasty on the inside full of roaches dirt and hair. The floor was not mopped at all so our feet were dirty. The bed sheets had stains and so did the pillows. We had to call Expedia to get moved to a new room because the hotel said they are booked up. Maybe about 10 cars outside. Expedia was able to get the hotel to provide a new room. The tub was disgusting. The microwave had food that someone left and its covered in mold. The maid there is lazy and horrible. Plus they had no……

“Their rooms have mold in them before the owner refuses to fix the roof. When we first arrived no one at front desk had to search for someone to check us in and the maintenance man tried to check us in. Changed rooms 3 different times( 1 a/c didn’t work 2n couldn’t get it open 3rd one king bed and pull out couch) . Still didn’t get the room we paid for. Thank goodness we took extra blankets and pillows because there were not for the pullout sofa. Will not be recommending Baymont to anyone.”
