“We loved our stay at this tiny house in Graford, Texas and would most definitely stay here again. The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. We truly had the best time.”

“Pros: 1. Great Access to the water 2. Store close by with onsite food 3. Boat Launch and 3 separate docks for boats, gas and fishing... 4. Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds……

“We have stayed at this property several times over the years for our annual hunting trip. We have never had a bad experience. Kristi is very responsive and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this property. ”

“This property is not for everyone. The main reason I say that is due to the layout. There are two very large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. The kingsize beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. It wold appear that most folks do because the railing is getting loose at the top of the stairs. What adds risk is that fact that the stair……

“Such a hidden gem, tucked away in a small cove on the lake. Perfectly stocked and clean. The kids loved the kayaks and paddle board. The dock was perfect to tie our boat up to. Small grocery store just over a mile up the road for last minute essentials. Zero complaints, would definitely stay here again! ”

“Great place on the lake, we were just needing a place to rest after a full day of fun on the water. Convenient to for dining out.”
