"Unfortunately, my bathroom was dirty. There was no hand soap, and there was hair everywhere--behind the door, in front of the toilet, in front of the tub, etc. I had already unpacked for a 2 week stay in town, or I'd have moved. The hotel did call and offer to clean for me and to move me. I declined again, I had too much to repack."

After changing my room TWICE the staff finally found a room with heat! In one of the rooms the thermostat read “82” degrees at which time the hostess tried convincing me to stay in by saying “she likes it that warm”…. Totally ridiculous thing to say to a paying guest!"
