「The staff were all very warm and attentive; however, there were very dirty, blood-like stains on the duvet—something I find completely unacceptable.」

「Oh my goodness, I stayed here for my 50th and it was beautiful. The room was beautiful, the property was well maintained and in the heart of downtown. The staff was amazing, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank for an extra special birthday…」

「The room was clean but the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The towels were really old and stained. The bed was comfortable but firm. The staff was really friendly. The free breakfast didn’t look appetizing so we didn’t eat it. Even though the hotel was under construction we never heard anything.」

「The property was great! Not impressed with Bullhead pub,Way too much fragrance in my room, weather it was cleaning supplies or laundry soap, it was terrible, for someone who is sensitive to that.」

「The front desk and dining area staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The housekeeping staff were on point with refreshing the hotel rooms. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.」

「Nothing fancy about this hotel and that is ok with me, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. There is also an indoor pool and arcade but I did not utilize either.」

「Ok」

「Conveniently located」

「Clean, staff good. Breakfast」

「They had the hotel decorated for Fall. The breakfast was delicious & the staff was extremely nice.」

「Pleasant hotel, up to the standards for a Hampton Inn. Location was quiet and conveniently located next to a Starbucks so I could wake my bride up with a muffin and a latte!」
