Room was very nice and reservation staff was very helpful with our booking an extra night due to the ice storm coming in and then allowing us to cancel the next morning at no charge when we realized we could travel back as originally planned. Love the decor and history of the hotel. "

"Our family had a great stay--there were 5 of us ages 17 to 82 with a small dog as well. The home is comfortable and spacious, not to mention beautiful. Natalie was so helpful and great with communication. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Great house for a family vacation. My husband and I stayed with our daughters and their families. Every bedroom has a private bathroom which was awesome. There were enough bedrooms with queen or king size beds for all the adults. This is an ideal house for family trips. The location is ideal. It was very convenient to the walkover to the beach and close to restaurants on the east end of Galveston. The private pool under the house was great for relaxing after going to the beach. The interior of the house is really pretty - fun beach style. We cooked dinner at the house one night and the house had the kitchenware that we needed. The management group is very responsive to requests. It was a great trip. "

"The home was beautiful, very close to the beach and The Strand. The host could not have been more accommodating. She checked in on us and made sure everything was going smoothly. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this beautiful house!"
