“Fantastic property in a beautiful, quiet location. Facilities excellent with everything supplied being of a very high standard. Hosts lovely, easy going and extremely welcoming and helpful :) 10/10”

“We loved the location of this holiday home—it was incredibly convenient and made exploring the area so easy. The host also left a very thoughtful, complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, which was a lovely touch. However, the indoor experience fell a bit short. All the tables and countertops were noticeably sticky from leftover cleaning product residue, and there was a persistent mold smell throughout the house. Additionally, despite being promised in the brochure, there was no coffee or tea……

“Property was a very interesting cottage and full of character and old charm. There were lots of books and games for evening or bad days. Louise was a perfect host and made us very welcome and we will definitely return.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay at Beacon Cottage. It is very spacious inside, well equipped and very comfortable. There is lots to see and do in the area.”

It did say there would be a welcome pack but there was none, however we were told to help ourselves to fruit and tomatoes growing in the garden”

A good size garden and patio, although lack of umbrellas meant that we needed to move the furniture around to avoid the (very hot) sun. Easy to access Chichester, the beach at……

“My husband and I enjoyed a week in Mill Barn in early June. Unfortunately the weather didn't want to play along so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful garden as much as I had hoped, but that was no loss - the cottage is adorable inside too and it's perfect for cozy cocooning when it's rainy. We enjoyed the smart TV, bath and wonderful shower, as well as the well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of fun day trips in the area and Penny was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. I would book……

“Comfortable dwelling in a beautiful quiet location. Short walk to the roman villa and or the south downs way.”
